HOW TO ENTER

Beginning approximately February 1st, 2010, while supplies last, purchase a specially marked package of Centrum Vitamins, Advil or Caltrate products and peel off the plastic label to find a unique alpha-numeric code. Visit www.spinUwin.ca to register and find out what you have won. Contest closes September 30th, 2010 (the “Contest Closing Date”).

To participate with NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, clearly print your name, mailing address and a telephone number on a plain piece of paper along with a minimum 100-word essay telling us what you like about Centrum, Advil or Caltrate, and mail to: Wyeth Consumer Healthcare Inc., a Pfizer company "Spin U Win" Contest, No Purchase Request, 180 Bentley Street, Markham, ON L3R 3L2. Limit: one (1) non purchase entry per household. You will receive back in the mail an alpha-numeric code. Visit www.spinUwin.ca to register and find out what you have won. All requests must be received by September 15th, 2010 and become the property of Wyeth Consumer Healthcare Inc., a Pfizer company (the “Sponsor”).

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET

If you do not have access to the Internet and still want to participate, after finding the alpha-numeric code inside the specially marked package of Centrum Vitamins, Advil or Caltrate products, record the alpha-numeric code and keep for your reference. Mail the original game card along with your name, address and daytime telephone number to Wyeth Consumer Healthcare Inc., a Pfizer company "Spin U Win" Contest, Code Verification Request, 180 Bentley Street, Markham, ON L3R 3L2. The judging authority will enter your alpha-numeric code on your behalf and advise you on what you have won. Further correspondence will take place once your alpha-numeric code has been entered and you are declared a winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any submissions that are lost, late or misdirected. All Code Verification requests must be received by the Contest Closing Date.

ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. You are not eligible if you are an employee of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest-judging organization or a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee. For these Contest Rules, "immediate family" means spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters.

GRAND PRIZES

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won: One (1) trip for two to the 7 Wonders of the World.The approximate retail value is $50,000.00 CAD. Destinations Include: Chichen Itza (Mexico), Machupicchu (Peru), Christ the Redeemer (Brazil), Roman Colosseum (Italy), Petra (Jordan), Taj Mahal (India), The Great Wall of China (China).

“Level of Fitness Required For Grand Prize”

It is very important you are aware that, as a minimum, an 'average level of fitness and mobility' is required to undertake our easiest programs. Passengers must be able to walk without the aid of another person, climb 3-4 flights of stairs, step on and off small boats, and carry their own luggage. Travelers over the age of 70 or travelers with a pre-existing medical condition are required to complete a short medical questionnaire, which must be signed by their physician. This is to ensure that senior travelers have the necessary fitness and mobility to comfortably complete their chosen program. Our guides will do the utmost to assist a passenger but you must be aware of the fitness level required.

There is no cash equivalent substitute available for the Grand Prize.

SECONDARY PRIZES

There are also:

  1. Forty (40) Sony Playstation 3 to be won. The approximate retail value is $299.00 CAD.
  2. Seventy five (75) Sony Walkman Video MP3 Players. The approximate retail value is $100.00 CAD.
  3. Eight hundred and forty nine thousand, eight hundred and eighty five (849,885) ten dollar coupons available to be won. The approximate retail value is $10.00 CAD.

The Secondary Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. Number of prizes available to be won will diminish as prizes are redeemed.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE

To be declared a winner, you must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered online. Decisions of the judges are final. No more than the above listed prizes will be awarded. If you do not have Internet access, once your original game card and personal information is received via regular mail, you will be contacted to answer a skill testing question at the phone number provided. Once this is answered correctly, you will be advised of what you have won.

The Grand Prizes: a random draw will be made by the Sponsor on October 1st, 2010, in Mississauga, Ontario, at approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST) from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. One (1) selected entrant will be drawn. The selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise, and to sign a declaration and release acknowledging compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing the Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and servants, and its advertising and promotional agencies from all liability in connection with the contest and the prize. All other remaining prizes not redeemed will not be awarded.

RELEASES

The winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules and a Publicity/Liability Release, releasing the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, participating retailers, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this contest or a prize. Declaration and release documents must be signed prior to being declared a winner. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address, voice, statement and photograph or other likeness for any publicity by the Sponsor, without further compensation.

GENERAL

Entrants who have not complied with these Contest Rules are subject to disqualification. The Sponsor and the other Releasees are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, damaged, lost, delayed or postage-due claims, or claims that are irregular, have been submitted through illicit means or do not conform with or satisfy any or all conditions of these Contest Rules. Any such claims will be judged void by Wyeth at its sole discretion. By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the e-mail portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification by Wyeth at its sole discretion and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent judging panel, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux de Québec, to terminate this contest or to amend these Contest Rules at any time without notice or with notice in major national newspapers if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to make substitutions for all or any component of any prize. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS

Any litigation respecting the conduct or the organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
